Location is great since its near my target place, breakfast is good but can be better, not much in terms of flavor but enough to get you through the day

One of the staff was very unapologetic. There was an inconvenience with the payment. They got my card no and said that it would automatically be credited but at the end of the stay they wanted to settle it face to face. The problem is that I had work and it was very hassle. Customer service was very very poor. They should train their staff well. The air-conditioning was not functioning very well in the first room they prepared. It was suffocating. I had to complain so that we can transfer to another room. We wanted to cancel the reservation and transfer to another hotel but they offered a better room. It was good but not very nice. There was only 1 personnel in the night for everything. he was also assigned in the front des.We had a hard time lifting the luggages.
